Terms of Service

By creating an account on Portfollyo you agree to these terms.

Your account and site

You are responsible for the content you publish, including photos, prices and claims about your services. Do not publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may take down content that breaks these rules.

Subdomains

Your subdomain is yours while your account is active. We may reclaim names that impersonate others, mislead visitors, or have been inactive for more than 12 months after a subscription ends.

Subscriptions and payments

Your first subscription includes a free trial of 2 months. You authorise the payment when you start the trial, and the first charge is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your site stays live until the end of the paid period. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period; downgrades and changes between monthly and yearly billing take effect at the next renewal. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through your site are stored so you can view them in your dashboard. You are responsible for how you use visitors’ contact details.
